Member Services assists union members with a variety of work-related matters including, but not limited to:

• Workplace conflict resolution;
• Grievance procedures/disciplinary actions;
• Paycheck/overtime/fair pay and leave issues;
• Workplace safety/on-the-job injuries.

The team includes Director Michelle Velasquez-Starr and Advocate Tricia Cowell. Both bring a lifetime of advocacy experience, including front-line work experience and legal expertise. They are eager to assist and defend the rights of our members.
